Do you also sometimes don't know how to get out of the busy mind? The head cinema rages and keeps you trapped in worrying thought loops. If you try meditation by sitting still, you just won't calm down.
The Gurdieff Movements are a very light and mindful body meditation, also called body prayer, because they can lead us into very quiet and sacred spheres. Through the music in combination with simple movements while sitting, you will quickly become calm and enter deep stillness.
Manfred Rother is a guest teacher at BeFree Tantra and often leads the Gurdieff Movements at the seminars - with great enthusiasm among the participants. You can see a small sample of this work here.
If you want more and want to learn this little sequence, there is an additional explainer and hands-on video on my website. The link there: https://befree-tantra.de/blog/gurdieff-movements
This small exercise sequence is called "Prayer of Gratitude" and it even causes a slight relaxation while watching. Many thanks to Manfred for recording this helpful exercise for us. You can contact Manfred (and his Gurdieff offers) via the BeFree Tantra page (see link: https://befree-tantra.de/blog/gurdieff-movements).
